| MY EXPERIENCE In 1990, at age 23, I began as an agent for Coldwell Banker at the Hampton Avenue office in St. Louis City. I later passed the broker test and became a sole practitioner. I have been a one person real estate agency ever since and never looked back. I served on the St. Louis Association of REALTORS Governmental Affairs Committee from 1997-1999. In 1996, at age 29, I accepted an appointment by the Webster Groves City Council to the Public Safety Board and served until 1998. In 1998, at age 31, I was elected to a 4 year term as councilman for the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. In 2002, at age 35, I entered the Eastern Missouri Police Academy in St. Charles County, Missouri, and graduated in June 2003. In November 2003, I was hired by a great St. Louis County municipality as a police officer. In 2006, I received the "Police Officer of the Year Award". In 2008, I received my Associate of Science Degree in Real Estate from St. Louis Community College. I started classes at Columbia College in August 2009 and anticipate graduation in 2010 or 2011.
