WHAT I WILL DO:

I will list your property in the St. Louis Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service
(Mid America Regional Information Systems - aka MARIS) database and REALTOR.
COM.  The Internet has completely changed the real estate business. More than 75%
of home buyers today begin their home search online via REALTOR.COM.  

I will install my yard sign, a SUPRA key box on your front door, a flyer box in front yard
and a sign rider for interested parties send a text message in order to receive property
details on their BlackBerry™, iPhone™ or text message enabled cell phone.  This new
technology is powered by DriveBUY Technologies.   

Showings are easy to manage by utilizing Centralized Showing Service (CSS) to
provide scheduling and feedback. CSS allows my customers to contact them directly to
update showing instructions by phone or the Internet. CSS has a trained and
responsible staff with extended hours: 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 8am
to 6pm Sunday.  Showing reports are delivered as appointments are made and
summarized weekly to your e-mail.

I will receive and present you with the offers and counteroffers on your property,
assisting in the development and delivery of counteroffers, answering your questions
relating to the marketing, offers, counteroffers, notices and contingencies.

MY EXPERIENCE:

In 1990, I began my real estate career as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker at the Hampton Avenue office in St. Louis City.  After extensive
training and frustration with corporate ownership, I passed the broker test and became a sole practitioner.  I am a one person agency.  You will deal
with a Missouri Real Estate Broker, not an agent.

I am an active member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.  I have been appointed to the Governmental Affairs Committee in 1995-1995.  I
accepted an appointed to the Webster Groves Public Safety Board in 1996-1998 as a board member to serve my community where I live.  In 1998, I
was elected and served a 4 year term as Council Member for the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.  

In 2002, at age 35, I entered the Eastern Missouri Police Academy in St. Charles County, Missouri, and graduated in June 2003 with a “Class A”
license.  It was the most intense 11 months of my life, both mentally and physically.

I am an officer for the Shrewsbury Police Department in St. Louis County, Missouri, since November 2003.  I received the was the "2006 Police
Officer of the Year Award".  I received my Associate of Science Degree in Real Estate from St. Louis Community College in December 2008.  In
2009, I start classes towards a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College.  I anticipate graduation in from Columbia College 2010 or
2011. Lisa and I married in 1993 and have 2 beautiful children.
